Olive Kids Review and Giveaway

This giveaway is now closed, thank you to everyone who entered and congratulations to Dawn #31, who said... love planes, trains and trucks, the mermaid one, the Christmas lights one, all are so cute!!
Olive Kids is just one of those companies you fall in love with the second you first visit their website. Their cute and colorful designs are perfect for any child! The best part? There are so many ways you can personalize their products just for your child. You know I am about monograms and getting my name emblazoned on anything and everything☺ Their adorable mealtime plate sets are what first caught my eye. The plates line up perfectly with the design on the placemats. More on the ways you can make mealtime special with Olive Kids later.
We were sent a really fun personalized floor pillow to review. I let ER pick out the design, and she immediately zoomed in on the Tea Party design. The colorful tea pot, flowers and polka dots are embroidered on the soft pink plush. It's super soft to the touch. My favorite feature is that it the outer shell is removable and machine washable. ER loves hers and brings it all over. I want it to stay looking as pretty as it did the day it came. The inner pillow is gusseted, quilted, 100% cotton with a sterilized polyester fill. The pillows are a generous 20" x 26" x 2"!

The personalized floor pillow is bigger than I mentally visualized; it's great for laying on to watch TV or read a book. The personalization makes it even more special and it'll be a great reminder of home while she's on special sleepovers at Grandma's.It was a big hit at in our house! Even though it's called a floor pillow, ER sleeps every night on hers. That surprised me, as I've tried to get her interested in using a pillow before. I think she likes the soft plush feel of the case. Olive Kids will always be special to us as her first "big girl" pillow. Look she's even sleeping on her back, not on her stomach like she used to AND she just started using a blanket too!
Olive Kids specializes in matching sets, so I was bummed to see that the coordinating Tea Party bedding has been discontinued but there are still several sets that I love still available. I just adore the Mermaids themed bedding! I think her whole room may be undergoing a theme change soon! Besides the bedding set I want, there are coordinating curtains and valance, a rug, drawer knobs, wall art like clocks, prints, and canvases, and even a shower curtain! Eek I'm in danger of being on cuteness overload! I must like aquatic related designs because if I had a little boy, I'd totally be all over the Pirates! design.
While I'm on the subject of room decor, I HAD to point out these Dressez for Girls, my type A tendancies rejoiced when I saw these. What a great way to teach your child where to thing go in their dresser. It'll help them find what they need AND more importantly help them put clothing back where it belongs, adorable and functional! There are also boy versions too.So as I mentioned at the start of my review, I was first introducted to Olive Kids through their line of mealtime products. I really like their seasonal designs, a fun way to add some holiday fun to meal time. Their personalized placemats:

"Feature classic and colorful designs that both kids and parents will eat right up! Best of all, these placemats can be personalized just for your little one! Each one is custom made to order and makes a special gift for any occasion! Our 12" x 18" kids placemats are sealed with heavy-duty laminate so they can easily be wiped clean! Give your table top a personal touch with these adorable personalized meal time placemats!"
