Baby Boy Scrapbook Pages: Siblings

I love all the cute baby themed paper, the designs are so fun and sweet.  Sometimes I have trouble deciding how to use all of the paper I buy and normally, I avoid sheets with big images on it like the lion paper above.  I find them to be especially hard to use as they limit the page design and placement of photos.  It would certainly look a little odd if I had a picture overlapping one of the lion's heads!

This time I was unable to pass up this baby animal paper and with some careful planning, managed to stretch my scrapbooking dollars by using both sides of the sheet.  The blue baby animal pattern is the backside of the lion paper.  I originally envisioned using it on a father & son page but in the end I went with these pictures of ER watching over and interacting with her two month old brother.  The pattern of LB's boppy pillow echoed the animal theme and it all just worked for me.

Happy Scrapping!  If you've been sharing your own pages on your site, please link me up!  I always love seeing what other scrappers are doing & being inspired by them!  Thanks for joining me for this week's installment of Baby Boy Scrapbook Pages!

  1. Such sweet photos and I love the blue paper. I really need to work more on my general albums. I did post a page the other day, but I have about a million more to do!

  4. Hi Katie! You asked on my blog where I had my digital pages printed. I used this service... http://jessicasprague.photofinale.com/prints#/photobrowser

I thought the quality was great! I did get a discount because of the class I took, but I'd still use them without because of the great quality. I chose the matte finish for no extra charge and shipping is $5 regardless of the order size. That's why I will probably do it every 10 weeks or so with that shipping price.

I have considered putting them into a hardcover book as well, but since I had already purchased the album for the year, it made sense to print my pages. I may change my mind next year because I've run out of space for big albums!

I would like to redo my wedding pictures with the new mini kit so I might actually have that printed as a book to see how that looks before I try that for a years worth of photos.

I don't think I could just leave the pages on my hard drive. It's such a waste of my work. It wouldn't be accessible for other to enjoy.
