It's a really sweet look at all the wonderful things, "Just my Dad and me," can do. It resonates with me because my husband has been a wonderful Daddy to a little girl who can get him to play princesses for hours on end. I'll be showing him this, as it's totally a song our own little girl could've sung. She's full of imagination too and always looking for a way to stay up a little longer.

Sadly my father has passed on, but I have to appreciate the father that my ex has become to our children. He has blossomed over the years into the father I wanted for my kids!
ReplyDeleteMy dad was special for sure. He passed away one month ago, but I will always have wonderful memories of him. He was always there for his five children and did so much for all of us. I hope my children will remember their dad this way too.
