Scala's new Fall/Winter 2013 Boiled Wool Headwear Collection

Disclosure: This is a review post and a complimentary sample was provided.  The experiences and opinions with this product are both personal and unbiased.  Yours may differ.

We've begun to have several really lovely fall days!  The cooler temperatures remind me that even colder ones are ahead and no one likes to get caught unexpectedly without the proper head coverings.  I'm all set for the season with this cute and trendy boiled wool cadet style cap part of the new Fall/Winter 2013 Scala Collezione Collection from Dorfman Pacific.
This fun style made out of boiled wool is both weather resistant and provides a natural barrier against hot and cold temperatures. It eliminates the itchy feeling associated with wool and is both a functional and fashionable accessory.  I like how this charcoal version is neutral but still has a nice shape and some stylish pizzazz.  I love the beautiful texture from the boiled wool!
You can feel how substantial the weight of the boiled wool is upon holding it and I appreciate the slight brim, which helps keep the sun out of my eyes. I am looking forward to having using it as my staple head accessory this winter.  It will go perfectly with both my casual day to day winter jacket and my dressier coat.  I might even dress it up with a little brooch pinned to one side for nights out for a different look.
Style LV266 retails for $30, available in 10 colors, five of  the best selling colors can be purchased via this link.   If you'd prefer to skip a hat, Style LW566, a headband embellished with rosettes, is another cute and fashionable look that will keep you warm and can be found via this link.

Have you started thinking about cooler weather accessories yet?  Now is the time to get planning so when the first snowflakes begin to fall you aren't scrambling to pull together a cute look!
