A Crafty Soiree #104

While our first day isn't until September, it's getting close to back to school around here and everyone is anxiously watching the mailbox for the second the school letters arrive.  I'm trying not to freak out, and keeping myself busy making some gifts for the new teacher so I decided to feature all back to school & school supply projects this week :)
Get Ready to Celebrate Creativity!
Speaking of next month, it will also be our one year birthday, a whole year of A Crafty Soiree!  Malia and I are very excited and have some very special things planned for all our party goers.  Here's a hint if you like cute clothes, looking stylish and good recipes, plus beautiful stationery you'll want to make sure you visit us :)
Jen from Embellsing Life is sending a set of personalized pencils to her child's new teacher and the way she packaged them is clever.  Love that the notebook paper bag and library card tag!
Heidi from One Creative Mommy shared a fun way to encourage your child to make friends, which is especially helpful if they tend to be shy.
On Dear Creatives, Fawn has a tutorial that will show you how to turn your child's empty drink pouch into a snack bag.  Clever and green!
Lauren at Tutus and Tea Parties has a way to turn rolls of duct tape into a DIY No Sew Duct Tape Crayon Roll.  What a pretty way to keep track of your favorite colors.
Carolyn at Homework has prettied up her file folders with pretty papers, staying organized never looked so good!
Party Guidelines
1.  Link up to four of your creative projects (No Etsy stores or other linky parties pretty please).
2.  Add your link to the specific posts not the main URL.
3.  Add a "Crafty Soiree" button to your blog or posts.
4.  Please comment on the post linked up in front of you.  All partygoers love meeting new friends... don't just stop there...if you see something that catches your fancy-- stop by and say hi!
5.  Your hostesses would love it if you'd follow us. You can find Malia here.
Let's Party!
