Fall Layout: Reaching New Heights

Here is a quick and simple layout to get six pictures scrapped AND still have plenty of space for journaling. I think the two borders, cut right from one piece of paper add a lot of detail without a ton of work. The embellishement is just a sticker applied to a round metal tag with some ribbon. The title is made up of die cut letters for a little added dimention but to make assembly even more streamlined you could print it right onto the green paper along with the journaling.
This was the first time ER was able to get to the top of the hay pyramid at our local farmstand and her look of joy at the accomplishment was priceless! I can't wait for a new season of fall adventures to start☺ Do you have a favorite fall memory from last year, you want to remember?

We love the Fall! The leaves changing, the crisp crunching when walking through them, everything. Last year we got some amazing photos of the kids in the leaves and around the trees. This year we are heading further up North to see the amazing Fall foliage!

LOOVE this page. The little acrorn with the bow is right up my alley! The bottom, middle picture is just too cute of E! I have GOT to get the scrapbooks out soon, though I have no subjects quite that cute. :)
I'm glad you posted about the Soiree. I'm out of town this weekend, and hopped online to catch up with some of the events, and would have eventually made it back to Thursday, but it let me put it towards the top of my priority list. :O) I always appreciate reminders!
The applesauce gets sweet fast, so beware, but it's yummy.
I found the paint pens in the 'professional' paint section in Michael's, there should be a little section of hanging pens, they come in multiple colors. There are others that write on plates, but that particular brand is baked, and then it's safe for eating. The one suggestion I'd make now is to do all your plates at once. I'm having trouble getting my pen to flow as nicely as it did with my first project, but I'm going to go back and see if I can get it running smoothly again. I had no problem the first time around. Maybe I didn't get the cap on right?
Keep me posted on progress!

I love how your page turned out! I can't wait for the fall weather - it's still in the upper 90's here in Texas and it's just hard to feel the season as I sip my Pumpkin Spice Latte, you know? I loved Fall so much more when we lived in Michigan :)

I love the layout you used! I have struggled with how to have space to "journal" on the page with our pictures...I want to be able to add the memories from the pics so that our kids can share the memory as they get older. Yours turned out great! I am going to have to try it myself!

Visiting from Amanda's Party!

You have me itching to get back into paper and glue scrapping. (All my supplies are in storage so I have turned to digital for a fix!) This is lovely and yes, cannot wait to take our little one to the pumpkin patch this year!
